schedule for pick-up

Our puppies are weaned and eating solid food at 6 weeks of age. The standard time for puppy pick-up is between 8-9 weeks if you are picking up your puppy in person. If shipping via air or ground with a USDA Certified transporter, USDA requires the puppy to be AT LEAST 8 weeks. Therefor, a shipping date will be arranged between 8/9 weeks. 

Puppy pick-up/delivery will be arranged within a 10 day window. 

We understand our puppy buyers have trips and plans that may interfere with their ability to pick-up/have their puppy delivered, so we are willing to be flexible with scheduling. HOWEVER, We will not board your puppy past 9 weeks without additional fee's.. Feed, routine care, and socialization continues as long as puppies are in our care. PLEASE REMEMBER: We have a family and personal life. We have trips, events, and plans just like the rest of you and we arrange being away from home when puppies are going to be with their new family's and depart our facility. We will not always be home to supervise your pup past that 9 week mark, which hinders our ability to address any complications/situations that may arise. Therefore, board is 10$/day past 9 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT take advantage of our kindness and expect us to hold your puppy for additional weeks on end for free.
